- Exhibitors have to clearly mention the specification of the
software to be exhibited and whether it is for commercial purpose
or for demonstration or both.
- Only Software Products / Services can be demonstrated in the
exhibition.
- Stall(s) can be booked only by making full payment in advance.
- In case of situation beyond control of CAN such as natural
disaster, political violence, riot etc., CAN will immediately
postpone the event and will inform all concerned about the next
date and venue of the event. Previous agreement will remain effective
and no additional charge will be levied for the booked space,
however, no refund will be made for booked stall(s).
- After the commencement of the event, CAN is not liable to refund
the payment to any exhibitor, if the event gets affected by situation
beyond control as stated above.
- Exhibitors should apply for the event along with copy of valid
company registration, tax clearance certificates, company profiles,
software they represents along with valid letter of authorization
distributorship/agents/etc.(Only the license copy)
- Stall(s) will be provided on first come first serve basis.
- Any previous dues to CAN must be cleared to confirm the booking
of the stall(s).
- The stall(s) will be handed over to the exhibitor/s one day
(24 Hours) before the opening of the event.
- No discrimination between CAN member and non-CAN member will
be made in the payment, choice of stall(s) and other facilities
to be provided to the exhibitor(s). However non-CAN members are
not entitled to receive any discount on printed stalls rates.
- Exhibitor(s) may distribute software product only as gift/present/souvenir.
Prior information to CAN will ensure wide publicity through CAN
media advertisements.
- Stall(s) to be dismantled after 9 am sharp on the next day
of the closing.
- During the event exhibitor will be responsible for the safety
and security of their goods and belongings.
- Opening and closing time of the exhibition will be the same
for all the exhibitors. It is prohibited to enter before opening
time and stay after closing time in their stall(s).
- Exhibitors are requested to remain within the space of their
stall(s) without encroaching and disturbing passage area and space
of neighboring exhibitor’s stall(s).
- Exhibitors have to fully take care of the furnishings of DECC
(United World Trade Center). Exhibitors must pay due attention
to maintain possible highest level exhibition standard during
the period of exhibition.. Exhibitors will be liable to pay compensation
for any damage caused in the DECC (United World Trade Center)
within their allocated stall(s).
- Any inconvenience and problem or difficulty will be solved
by mutual discussions and understanding among representative(s)
of the exhibitor and officials of CAN at CAN secretariat to be
stationed at DECC (United World Trade Center) during the exhibition.
- These terms and conditions are spelled out for the mutual benefit
of CAN and exhibitor(s) for complications and understanding during
and at the end of the exhibition.
- Decision made by the CAN executive committee will be final
for any disputes.
- Exhibitors are not allowed to use nails or such metal materials
for stand decoration that may cause damage to the objects such
as walls, partitions etc.
- Exhibitors have to issue two copies of bills for the identification
of the goods and materials they sold form their respective stall(s).
A copy of the bill has to be stamped “GATE PASS” so
that the visitors may carry those goods and materials conveniently
from DECC. (United World Trade Center)
- Exhibitors are requested to refrain playing out loud music/sound
or noise. It is suggested that exhibitors use ear phones instead.
- A fascia will be provided for one exhibitor, even if the stall
is occupied jointly by more than one exhibitor. Participant certificate
will be issued to one exhibitor only in the name printed in the
fascia.
