Computer Association of Nepal (CAN) organized Midas CAN SofTech 2010 at DECC Hall at 4th floor, United World Trade Center, Tripureshwor from 1-4September, 2010. CAN Softech is annual milestone event which provides an opportunity to share ideas, demonstrate products and services and information exchange for national and international software developers/products and software users/professional engaged in various sectors.

CAN Dhading  was formed on  2067/04/08 ( 24th July, 2010)  with the involvement of  Central CAN's Secretary Mr. Narayan Neupane.  CAN Dhading consists of following members.

Computer Association of Nepal organized   Far Western region network meeting on 1st August 2010 ( 16th Sharawan, 2067), Sunday  at  Mahendranagar .  Introduction among participants were held at 4pm where participants introduced themselves.  Mr. Narayan Neupane,  Secretary , CAN gave Presentation on  General Issues of Local CAN . Introduction among participants were held at 11:30am where participants introduced themselves.  Mr. Narayan Neupane, Secretary, CAN gave Presentation on  General Issues of Local CAN . Mr. Suresh Kumar Karna, President  and Mr. Binod Dhakal , General Secretary  attended The General Assembly of the Asian- Oceanian Computing Industry Organization (ASOCIO)  which was held  at Melia Hotel, Hanoi, Vietnam,  from June 17 to June 20 . All together  60 high- ranking managers of information technology (IT) associations and businesses from ASOCIO's members were participated in the event. This event is an  effective platform for members to share information, consolidate confidence, develop partnership, and seek new investment opportunities.
