On 10th of July, 2008, a meeting was held between institutional members of CAN and representatives from European Union-Asia Invest Program at the Chamber Bhawan, Nepal Chamber of Commerce, Kantipath. The main representative from EU was Dr. Andre Mostert.
This was the preparatory meeting for the upcoming big event where more than 140 companies from Europe will be coming to Nepal for match making with Nepalese IT companies. A discussion on Training and Capacity Development Programme for IT Business for preparation of the match making event was also the part of the meeting which aimed to increase the efficiency of the participants in the matchmaking event, improve their import-export capacities and increase the inter-cultural and negotiation skills.
