On 1st March 2009, CAN Dolkha was formed in coordination of Organization strengthening Forum with representation of Central CAN's Executive Member Mr. Amrit Pant who was particularly at the Dolkha region for the formation of the new regional CAN. There were total of 16 personals present including technicians, IT personnel's, and representatives from ICT companies. The formation of new regional CAN was completed at the Nepal Journalist Association Dolkha Chapter Meeting Hall. The executive committee of CAN Dolkha consist of following members:
